Co-owner and chef. Alan shaped the restaurant's sustainability-minded kitchen — fresh ingredients, careful preparation, no shortcuts. My husband is Thai, and my personal love for Thai culture and food has always influenced me as a chef. Truly authentic Thai food is some of the best food on earth. The flavors are bold, balanced, layered, and deeply rooted in tradition. Most Thai restaurants in the U.S. serve Americanized versions of Thai food that don’t really represent the culture or what you’d actually eat in Thailand. As a chef, I feel passionate about sharing those real flavors and experiences with our customers. At Doragon, I want to show people just how incredible authentic Thai food truly is — the kind you’d find at a roadside stand or family kitchen in Thailand. It deserves to be experienced the right way.
